Dr. Michael Blum is the founding and managing partner of Pediatric Partners. He is a graduate of SMU in Dallas, Texas. After graduating medical school from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, he interned at Kennedy Hospital in New Jersey. He completed his residency in pediatrics at The Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
He travels and enjoys photography. Many of his pictures are displayed in the office. Don’t hesitate to ask him the stories behind the great pictures. When he isn’t visiting with his grandchildren, you may find him practicing his magic tricks. Dr. Blum is a past president of the local Kansas City magic club. He has performed magic shows for many charitable organizations. Although he has tried, he cannot magically stop siblings from fighting with each other or cure the common cold.
Dr. Blum enjoys coming to work each and every day to have fun with the kids and share with parents his experience in pediatrics.

Dr. Blum is on staff at Children's Mercy South Hospital, Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Shawnee Mission Medical Center, and St. Luke's South Hospital.
