Missed appointments: Our office has a charge for missed appointments and appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice. As a courtesy to our patients, we provide reminder phone calls prior to previously scheduled appointments. If this phone call is not received for any reason, it does not remove the opportunity or responsibility for your appointment. If your primary phone number is a cell phone, be aware that many mobile phone carriers do not take messages from our automated system. It will be your responsibility to write down your appointment time when the appointment is made.
Winter Weather: Our office attempts to stay open during normal business hours during all weather, but if we close, it will be posted on the Home Page and an e-mail sent to all who are registered on our site. If you do not feel comfortable driving to an appointment due to bad weather, please call the office to reschedule. We will not apply our usual less than 24 hour cancellation fee for weather related rescheduled appointments if we are under weather advisories. If you do choose to keep your appointment, leave early, drive safely and be sure to have enough gas, extra blankets and a working cell phone. We will offer Baby Valet for all of you with just one adult and young ones. Simply call our office from your cell phone when you get to our parking lot and someone from our office will take your baby into the entryway while you park. Going out, remember to ask to have someone walk you down and wait with your baby while you get your car. Stay warm and safe!
