| Missed appointments: Our office has a charge for missed appointments and appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice. As a courtesy to our patients, we provide reminder phone calls prior to previously scheduled appointments. If this phone call is not received for any reason, it does not remove the opportunity or responsibility for your appointment. If your primary phone number is a cell phone, be aware that many mobile phone carriers do not take messages from our automated system. It will be your responsibility to write down your appointment time when the appointment is made. | |
